How to get from Japan to China… via Google Maps

A rather brilliant little tale in the making if ever I’d heard one but this little known discovery from a colleague of mine at university found what happens when you try and go from Japan to China via Google Maps.

 

 

If you try and get from Japan to China via Google Directions, it’ll rather funnily inform you that this particular journey will take 3 days by car. However if you shift your attention downwards, well instruction number 43 might have something different to say about the matter.

The Inception Trailer in Acapella is Awesome

As most of you will know, I adore Inception and throughly believe it’s an incredible film. I must admit that before the movie came out, I didn’t think they movie would pull off well with it’s crazy ideas and very random trailer. However now YouTuber Googenheimer has created a superb acapella version of the trailer and it’s definitely a must see if you’re a fan of Inception.

Midichlorian Rhapsody

A little gem from the internet that simply made me smile. Personally my favourite segment from this Queen/Star Wars mash up was about halfway with the inclusion of Mace Windu and "personal growth". Ideally it'd be great if it used footage from the original trilogy rather than the sucky new one but hey beggars can't be choosers.

Block-Proof Mark Zuckerberg

Facebook founder/father/leader/creator Mark Zuckerberg cannot be blocked on Facebook. If you head to his Facebook profile, and try to block him, it will return with the screenshot you see above.

This maybe just an inside joke or perhaps it’s a bug but either way it’s pretty funny on multiple levels.

Just when you thought you’ve seen it all, in arrives the new Street Fighter branded condoms. I have no idea if this is just a novelty but the packet is pretty humorous. “BioErgonomic Pen” brings out the Giggles

This “BioErgonomic Pen” or Pen-Is as I like to call it seems almost too funny to be true. I mean seriously? How did this get past the concept phase? Surely it can’t be a genuine product, but oh my friends I’m afraid it is.

 

This Pen-Is is designed by Mohsen tafazzoly and in his words:

This BioErgonomic pen is shaped to better fit in the hands. The squatter base helps it rests between the fingers and that bump keeps it from slipping.

Now I wonder how many other guy’s have gotten away with saying that to their significant other …
